A marketing strategy to keep in touch with borrowers is to send them their HUD 1 Statement on January 2nd of every year.

But, consider planning for it right now — so it’s more manageable when the first of the year rolls around.

First, go through the files that you have closed so far this year and make copies of the HUD 1 statements.
