Referral partners tend to be out of sight out of mind. Yes, you may have some very dedicated partners who always think of you first, but they are usually few and far between. You must make sure you shower them with love. Tell them how much you appreciate them and stay in touch. If you are comfortable in these times, then you need to meet with them at least monthly (or a zoom call if not). You need to call them weekly (no they will not answer all the time), however, you can leave a message.
They need to know you respect them and consider their business a top priority.
- A simple phone call once a week to check-in
- give them any updates
- tell them the status of the market
- ask them questions about their family or business
