I recently read a post on my Facebook page by a loan officer mentioning that she had hired a brand new processor.
However, when she reviewed her Processor Checklist, she noticed that it had not been updated in a while, and asked if anyone had a checklist and a Loan Status Report that they would share — one that’s up to date, based on the documents the agencies require these days.
I love my FB friends because several of them shared their processing checking lists and have given me permission to share it with subscribers.
