One thing that I learned in talking with loan officers who are either paying for their own marketing or getting reimbursed by the company — is that if business is not coming in the door, they tend to “throw money at the problem,” meaning that they are paying for tools, apps, leads or spending money co-marketing with real estate agents.
While I don’t have all the answers, here is a list of questions you may want to ask yourself to see if you are making any of these marketing mistakes.
