So here’s the thing…testimonials are your third-party endorsement and validation of your professionalism and the way you care about your clients. What it means is that they liked you well enough to take the time to write and express their gratitude.
However, if you don’t have any testimonials — people may be saying to themselves…"Doesn’t anybody like them?"
You should make it a goal to solicit as many testimonials as possible, and then make sure they are posted in such a way that people actually READ them!
Here’s an example of a generic testimonial:
