Loan Processing Cheat Sheet

I’ve gotten quite a few requests for a checklist for loan processors.

While every company is different, I’ve put together a “cheat sheet” you can review with processors.

It’s more “general” information that can be used when reviewing a file to make sure that when it’s submitted, that it can be as complete as humanly possible.

Feel free to use this as a starting point to add (or delete) tasks required by your company.
