I often use the term, “leap frog” when discussing getting in front of new, potential referral partners.

What does “leap frog” mean? It’s a way to leverage the Realtors you already know and ask them to give you a warm introduction to other Realtor peers of theirs who may be in need of a great Mortgage Professional just like YOU, thus “leap-frogging” from one professional to the next!
