You Are Not as Important as You Think You Are

Meaning? 

You don’t have to answer the phone every time it rings.  Do all the paperwork.  Put out fires.  Check to see if funds have been wired.  Do what the processor is supposed to be doing.  

It doesn’t have to be YOU that does everything! 

Instead, focus on:

  • What you are good at.
  • What makes you money.
  • What you enjoy doing.

The day I realized that I could only do so much.  That other people have strengths that I don’t possess.  That I didn’t have to do everything myself (AKA control freak).  And I realized that it takes a team effort. 

That’s the day my business increased. 

If you feel you have to do everything yourself, I predict that you will never increase your business or make more money because you will be exhausted and stuck on a treadmill of never-ending issues.
