I recently read an article regarding six types of professionals — and I wanted to share them with you as it pertains to loan officers.
You may end up identifying with a couple of them — but I’m certain that one of them will stand out as YOUR TYPE.
Type #1 – On the Decline: Loan officers on the decline feel overwhelmed by change and always talk about the good old days. They feel lucky when they get a referral and they are always looking for the next best marketing idea. However, they spend zero time and zero money. They are always finding something wrong — or someone to blame in the business.
Recommendation: Make a choice — either get out of the business or get back into it 100%.
