What Would You Say? In-House Lender Objection!

I’m sure you run into this all the time!

You are marketing to a real estate agent or a builder salesperson and they tell you:

“I’m not supposed to refer any loans to you because we have an in-house lender we have been instructed to work with.”

It may be an “excuse” not to work with you (because there are many agents who simply won’t use the in-house lender).

It may be that they at least have to mention their in-house loan officer—along with referring 2 or 3 other LO’s.
