I wanted to share with you three of the most successful (and favorite) scripts that my clients are using on a regular basis to stay in touch with their past clients and real estate agents.
- Checking in with a prospect that is planning to purchase a home.
- Asking a real estate agent who attended an education class for a one-on-one coffee date.
- Asking for a referral when receiving a compliment.
Feel free to modify to suit your personality, but I suggest that eventually you commit the scripts to memory to keep that business coming in the door for years to come.
