Wow! It has been an amazing and challenging few years. Rates have gone from the lowest to the highest in the shortest period ever. You had to adapt your strategies and plans to compensate for the changes. According to Housing Wire, there were 353,119 loan officers in 2021, by July 2022 there were only 276,837, and by Sept only 216,112 remaining. Therefore, it is time to count your blessings as you have survived the onslaught and you need to set the tone for 2023. Here are some simple mindsets to start the year off right:
- Do you want a better life? Of course, so stop apologizing or feeling guilty. Stay focused on your quest for success. Figure out what it is you want to accomplish in 2023 and go for it. Don’t let anything stand in your way.
- Be curious. Ask more questions and quit worrying about being right all the time. The answers are out there, and it may take some investigation to find them.
- Begin each day with how you want your successful day to end. Work on the items that will get you your successful day. Stop doing the things that won’t get you to the outcome for which you are striving.
