How to Create Your Own Realtor Roundtable Group

I’m sure you've always heard that one of the ways to get in front of the most real estate agents (all at one time) is to offer to speak at one of their sales meetings. Let’s face it, it’s an efficient way to get face time with them.

The problem is, there are a lot of loan officers who want to do the same thing, and there are only so many sales meeting dates to go around.

Plus, there are quite a few closed offices that either have a loan officer sitting in the office or, for some reason or another, they just won’t let you in the front door.

Some people can’t wait to get in front of a crowd and speak. Others HATE it.

And still others think it’s a necessary evil to get your face in front of people and market your mortgage products.

Instead of trying to get face time with a Realtor group, you might want to try implementing a Realtor Roundtable Group. It’s a cool way to form your own Realtor-only networking group and bring in awesome speakers on a monthly basis or bi-monthly basis.

First of all — this is not a lunch and learn.

It’s more like a closed Rotary-type group where you have to request to join or you are invited to join by another member.
