Here’s what I mean by that!
FOCUSED
Meaning “no squirrels”! Being focused is choosing one or two things that you are passionate about. But more importantly, that you let nothing stop you from the tasks you need to do every day to keep that loan pipeline full with pre-approvals and loans. Some of the topics for the FOCUSED category will be time management, building a team, and lead-generation strategies with consumers and real estate agents.
FEARLESS
Meaning “courage”! You could be as focused as hell, but your paycheck depends upon you being FEARLESS in implementing your strategies. Fearless networking and lessons learned are on the agenda. But we are super excited about the “Sell Like a Girl” presentation that will reinforce your fearlessness.
FABULOUS
Meaning “self-confidence”! That’s where the masterminding, workshops and panel discussions will help you be more confident than you already are—because you have the support of each and every woman attending. But wait. There’s more! The final presentation is “How Does Fear Impact Your Ability to Succeed: Removing Invisible Barriers”. Hoping that it will inspire you to wear that tiara with confidence.
