Poem: Take the Time to Hang Out with Girlfriends!

We’ve been though divorces and babies and wakes,
We do for each other whatever it takes,
We’ve helped each other, through thick and through thin,
It’s the rule of the group—let everyone win.

So whenever you can, get out to eat.
Open a bottle of wine and forget your sore feet.
Laughing and crying, just let down your guard,
And when the bill comes, there are 10 credit cards.

So, at least one a month, don’t stay and quote rates.
Go out with your girlfriends, laugh and stay late.
And here’s to your girlfriends, near and far.
