After asking hundreds of loan officers, “Why don’t you post regularly to Facebook?” the main response is, “I don’t know what to say.”
Remember, Facebook is more about making connections. To get your friends, clients and real estate agents to communicate with you and each other. To build a level of trust in you. So eventually when they hear the word “mortgage,” they think of you.
And the key word here is “consistency.”
Make an appointment with yourself to post something on Facebook at least twice a week.
