Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Mortgage Girlfriends website or purchasing a membership. By accessing our site or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Mortgage Girlfriends
Mortgage Girlfriends is a membership community for women in the mortgage industry, offering coaching, community, education, and resources. Our services are provided by Mortgage Girlfriends, 1948 W 166th Dr, Broomfield, CO 80023.
2. Membership
Membership grants you access to the Mortgage Girlfriends community and its associated benefits including live coaching calls, expert workshops, roleplay sessions, the private community, and the member resource library. Membership benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice.
- Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis
- Annual memberships are billed once per year
- You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
3. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Your access will continue through the end of your paid period. We do not offer refunds for membership fees already charged except where required by applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
As a member, you agree to:
- Treat all community members with respect and professionalism
- Not share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary content, scripts, frameworks, or materials provided within the community
- Not use the community or its content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other members or staff
We reserve the right to terminate your membership without refund if you violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Mortgage Girlfriends — including scripts, frameworks, training materials, recordings, and written content — is the intellectual property of Mortgage Girlfriends and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
6. Disclaimer
Mortgage Girlfriends provides education, community, and coaching for informational and professional development purposes only. Nothing shared within our community or programs constitutes legal, financial, or compliance advice. Results shared by members are individual experiences and are not guaranteed. Your results will vary based on your individual effort, experience, and market conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mortgage Girlfriends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our community. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the three months preceding any claim.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify members of material changes via email.
