Kelly McGuinness’ Presentation: What are Super Powers?!

Kelly McGuinness is a Producing Branch Manager at PrimeLending. She owned a mortgage company for 26 years, developing a reputation for hiring inexperienced loan officers and developing them to become superstars. Kelly has been coaching and mentoring loan officers and real estate agents for over 30 years.

During her career, she served for years on the Editorial Board for Mortgage Originator Magazine, has been hired as a speaker at many national and local sales events, served on numerous charitable boards, and was highlighted in the New Haven Register as one of the county’s most influential women.

Kelly is Karen’s original mortgage girlfriend, having met 3 decades ago at a mortgage conference. Karen and Kelly were business mentors to each other when they both owned mortgage companies, and were co-speakers at many events and co-founders of a mastermind group for female owners of mortgage companies. Sherry Olsen is the Sr. Realtor Relations Officer with Define Mortgage Solutions, Phoenix, AZ, a wholly owned subsidiary of the largest credit union in Arizona: Desert Financial Federal Credit Union.

Christine Beckwith’s Presentation: Blueprinting for Success, Modern Day Business Planning

Christine Beckwith became a 30-year mortgage industry veteran in 2018. Over 3 decades she has consistently won awards and accolades in mortgage sales originations at all ranks as she moved up from a Loan Officer seat to her Regional sales management roles, all the while producing at the top 5%, consistently.

For the past 18 years she has run mortgage companies at a senior and executive level. During that time, she has continued to win public awards for repeatedly breaking glass ceilings. She has become a sought-after public speaker on the mortgage circuit, and in January will speak on Gary Vaynerchuk’s bill at his Agent2021 tour at the Miami Gardens Stadium. Christine will also co-host the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers Convention in April, 2019.
