But, the most neglected person in the transaction — and the one you could potentially get more business from — is the listing agent.
When a loan officer recently asked me if I had a “listing agent closing survey,” my answer was “No.” I asked my network if they had any examples of listing agent closing surveys — they didn’t have one either. So, I’ve created one for you.
